Nancy is an amazing massage therapist. She knows exactly what my body needs when I come in. Her customer service skills are excellent and she is the reason I drive 45 minutes to the Springfield location. She is an asset to your staff.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Every person I interacted with was so kind and accommodating and every service I got was of the highest quality. The whole day went smoothly thanks to the coordination of the team getting me where I needed to be for each appointment. And that’s not even to mention the amenities! The locker room was impressively stocked with anything you may need and then some. The transition room is lovely, and the brine room was the perfect place to chill between appointments. Jenny, hairstylist at Springfield, is absolutely amazing! I am always in love with my balayage highlights and haircut every time I leave. She does a phenomenal job of highlighting my hair in a way that is low maintenance (I get my hair highlighted 2-3 times a year). Jenny is very detail oriented and it shows she is amazing at her craft!
