Avery was very professional, yet friendly. She explained my service in advance, and answered my questions. She clearly knows her craft because she listened carefully to my requests and the results of the hybrid brow service were excellent. Brows matched lowlights in my hair, but were not too dark for my fair skin & blonde hair. Very pleased with the whole experience.
