I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on what will likely not be much of a difference and it would have been helpful if it had been better explained before I came in for the treatment. Had I been informed of a better option (Ultherapy?) i may have chosen that route. I’m left wondering if I wasted $300 on something that is not going to be very effective.
I also never received a proper receipt upon initial payment. The receipt for the $50 deposit has a name and address of a Spa in Tennessee. I told that to the woman I first spoke to and she promised to have it corrected but I never received a new receipt. So that is why my review is a 3. My experience with the actual provider (Candace) was fine - she is a lovely person But I would like to have been told the truth about this procedure before I came in for the treatment.“

“I had my first appointment at Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine last Friday at the King of Prussia location. I have been looking for a new place to get Botox. I follow Gambhir Cosmetic on Instagram and thought they could be a good fit for what I was looking for. I like that they have multiple office locations which makes it super convenient for scheduling and availability. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by the friendly faces of the front desk staff. They quickly checked me in, offered me chocolate and water, and sat me in their very welcoming waiting area (the office is absolutely beautiful). I feel horrible for not remembering the name of Dr. Gambhir's assistant, but she was so nice! Very friendly and outgoing and was very thorough going over what I wanted to have done that day. We went over my areas of concern and she gave me a round-about quote for my Botox services. I booked my appointment during the $7.95 a unit special, but I find their prices to be very reasonable even at their regular unit price. I believe you get a small discount if you book your next appointment at the time of service, which I thought was a nice incentive. Dr. Gambhir was my injector. She was lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I know Botox typically takes about 2 weeks to see the full results, but it has been less than a week and I am already loving my results. I booked another appointment for April and am looking forward to coming back. Every single person I encountered in the office was great. Thanks, Dr. Gambhir!

UPDATE: I still think the staff was amazing and the office was beautiful. However, my botox only lasted for one month. I have never had this happen. I got 3 times the amount of units I've had before and although the results were noticeable within a few days, They didn't last long. Too expensive to have results that only last for a month. I know everyone's body reacts differently to botox...I just wish it would have lasted for at least 3 months.“

I’ve already referred her to family and friends! As a busy Mom of a toddler, maintaining my health is very important. I’ve had the IV services many times preventively. (Before travel or if I know I was around someone sick!) I always feel so great after I leave knowing my body has the extra resources to stay healthy. Yesterday I came in mid an awful head cold with minor aches. I was so run down. This morning, I felt so much better. My body got the extra boost it needed to fight it! “Dr. Claytor’s vision, technical skill, and judgment are exceptional. From consultation through surgery, I felt confident in his understanding of both my aesthetic goals and the underlying anatomy, and I am very happy with my results. His work reflects precision, restraint, and experience.

His staff was consistently kind, patient, and responsive, with excellent follow-through. I felt supported and well cared for at every stage.

For context, I chose tumescent local anesthesia and felt prepared for it. I managed it, and for many people it may be entirely tolerable, though it was more intense than I expected and left a bigger impression than anticipated. I do not regret choosing local anesthesia.

What surprised me most was the middle phase of recovery. While I was up and moving within a couple of weeks, I did not fully appreciate how much adjustment can occur as nerves begin coming back online. Recovery is not linear, and some evolving sensations are part of the healing process.

None of this detracts from my confidence in Dr. Claytor. I would absolutely choose him again and recommend him highly. This is a five-star experience.“

“I started out with an outstanding deep pore facial with Anita who is so wonderful. She recommended I try IPL treatments to work on my dark spots. Since then I have been working with Amani for almost 4 months now with 3 IPL treatments completed and now have moved on to my second Microneedling session.
