“Alan and his apprentice Jason came out right after the Xmas Holidays to repair a dislodged toilet. Luckily, we have a second toilet so we did not have a true emergency. They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a damaged toilet flange and putting us "back in business" in no time! Just as today, Alan has been invaluable help in the past with issues like sealing a leaking toilet, installing a new kitchen faucet, and rectifying a malfunctioning water heater, just to name the few things that come to mind off the top off my head. Any of these issues could bring a household to a grinding and uncomfortable halt! That is why we will definitely trust in and rely on Kugler's Plumbing in case of any future plumbing issues. We trust them to diagnose and remedy the problem and charge us a reasonable fee for their service.“

“I've used Agentis a few times now, once for a significant project(replacing all the pipes in my house plus moving replacing and installing a new gas hot water heater and moving it into the basement) and then to help diagnose and figure out a difficult to find small leak.

Both times I was extraordinarily impressed both with how reasonable the price was compared to what I expected(for the big service) and what I paid at other places(for the small service) and just how good of a job, professional and downright friendly and helpful everyone I interacted with was.
