They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a damaged toilet flange and putting us "back in business" in no time! Just as today, Alan has been invaluable help in the past with issues like sealing a leaking toilet, installing a new kitchen faucet, and rectifying a malfunctioning water heater, just to name the few things that come to mind off the top off my head.
