Carlie was FANTASTIC! I have zero knowledge about skincare and make up. I needed a lot of help. She was kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. She gave me some great tips! Unfortunately I did not have same experience at check out with James. He was borderline rude and definitely needs some advice from Carlie on customer service.

5 stars for Brooke who helped us today.she scoured the store for 3 different items for us.She was extremely knowledgeable about all 3 items.And a smiling personality thru out.You need more like Brooke.

I find this store to be one of my three or so mainstays for at-home haircare, and my just starting to use makeup again after the big lockdown.. The Ulta section of neighboring Target has the Ulta teasers and recognizes your Club at Ulta card ... the full store has so much more
