Alyssa was professional informative & funny. I booked for a makeup class the technique was face application. She allowed me to use some of the products I already had for class & helped me select only the products I needed in addition. She was accommodating at went at my pace. Explaining where I may have been struggling to understand she was very thorough. Allowing me to apply the make up to one side of my face helping for feel more comfortable for when I’m alone. I will definitely be booking with her again for a different technique class👍🏽
3 starts for my hairstylist I got my hair dyed there by Marie an amazing stylist. I've been shopping here for years as I've worked for ulta myself before.
Went in today to return a tinted skin serum I bought less than 5 days ago because I used it twice and got two pimples within a span of a few days. When I wash it off I can see my skin is left bumping from a reaction before it settles down. I go In to return it today, lady with blonde wig asks me if I needed help. I explain what's going on she says hmm and makes a face like I was making shit up. She asks if i wabted to get something that was my i said yes because i genually wanted to get something else.
