Wonderful place to get your haircut with very kind staff (Mag is my favorite), great lighting, in a good location. There is some street parking right in front of the salon and also a small parking lot just across the street behind Wawa.
Theresa is very knowledgeable and personable! She is patient with explaining the process throughout and very thorough. Amy is also amazing and thorough! She is equally informative and descriptive throughout. You cannot go wrong either way! I am excited to continue my journey here to be hair-free!!
Our modestly-sized Cape Cod was reaching its bursting point with 4 of us in the house and we were looking to expand. Pellak was local, and we got a great sense from meeting the team that this was the partner for us.
We were presented with multiple options upon meeting in their showroom in Springfield. The care and attention to detail was immediately apparent as we worked together to provide feedback and options were discussed. Once largely finalized, we waited a bit before committing. As soon as we did, construction was quickly underway.
We were provided with a high-level, week-over-week project plan and what was scheduled as a 12-13 week plan remained a 12-13 week plan. Every employee and subcontractor treated our home as if it were their own. Any issues (there weren't many, and nothing major) were immediately discussed and resolved. They were quick to accommodate change orders and still delivered everything right on schedule.
We couldn't be happier with the final product and would hire Pellak again in a heartbeat!

The dentist Anju yadav was amazing great work however the receptionist was very nasty and very passive. Felt like she was rushing me and also, did not ask about if I wanted to make another appointment . Did not like her attitude at all. I did love the other receptionist with the pink hair. She was very pleasant.
Fantastic!!! They return calls quickly. These guys go out of their way to fix problems and they really know their stuff! Reasonable prices...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Start to finish these ladies go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. And that’s only the half of it! Their services are a cut above the rest. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Salon DeSante, especially with Catie and Megan! I came in with tape-in extensions that were not installed at this salon, and they had caused serious knotting and adhesive build-up. What could have been a stressful, uncomfortable appointment turned out to be the total opposite.
Catie was absolutely phenomenal — kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took her time carefully removing the extensions and gently working through the tangles without causing any pain or damage to my hair. Megan was also amazing and stepped in to help, and together they made what could have been a nightmare feel easy and even relaxing.
If you’re looking for professionals who truly care and know what they’re doing, I highly recommend booking with Catie (and Megan!). Thank you both for turning my hair disaster into a great experience!
The owner, Rosalie, is a wonderful, caring and very attentive lady. Coming in for the first time and felt like I knew her for ages. The cut was top notch. The salon is spotless clean, modern and prices are very fair. A+.
If you get a Diva cut, or any curly hair cut, go to Lori! She was great!!!! I had a haircut that was not right for my hair; Lori quickly identified the issue and was able to correct another stylists error. My hair now looks great (not because of me, I can't fix hair!) and I have received many compliments. Their customer service is way beyond fantastic!!!!!!! I highly recommend going here!

I took my kids to this location because the other location I go to is closed the employees here are extremely nice and helpful the place is well kept and clean I will start going to this location for now on
Kimberly always gives me a great haircut that makes me feel wonderful until my next visit. I have been going to Kimberly for 2 1/2 years and always have the best time during my visit. She is so kind, sweet, considerate, thoughtful and we always laugh. When I leave I feel so good for the rest of the day.

Need a cut I walked in was greeted by 3 barbers, made me feel very welcomed. Cash only which I didn’t have on me, the owner said sit in the chair when we’re done you can go to Wawa and get cash! That’s the way it went. I haven’t had a real barber cut my hair in ages, brought back great memories of growing up!

Barb did an awesome job !!! This was the first barber shop I been to since Covid and I could not be happier. The wait was short, maybe 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable. It felt clean. Even though it was my first time getting this cut, Barb knew exactly what I wanted after explaining it and showering her a few pictures. I could not be happier with the results and 100% plan on going back in the future.
My son received the best haircut of his life yesterday from Biv! He really went above and beyond to both create a personalized cut and style for him. Additionally he was funny, personable and overall upbeat! The whole staff there was very talented and we will absolutely be back! Thank you Biv!

For guys that think nail salons are only for women, you don’t know what you are missing. I’m old and fat and whenever I take care of my toe nails, I end up with issues. It is not worth the hassle to do it yourself!! Tina at M&A is an artist!! When you get done a 1 hr spa pedicure with her, when you stand up you feel 3 feet taller! It takes awhile for you to realize what has changed for the better and then you figure out, after the pedicure, your feet don’t hurt anymore. Thanks M&A and Tina!!!!
I had been to numerous nail salons to just get my pink and white nails. I made an appointment at Springfield Nails a few weeks ago. Amy did my nails and she is EXCELLENT!! She does my nails exactly how I like them! I've found my new place! Thank you, Amy! You're the best!
Love my hair !! I'm a weirdo and don't really like people touching my hair so I would always do my own. I knew I would need a professional to step in due to layering all my crazy colors over the years. BUT LET ME TELL YALL I'm impressed!!!! Julie she got most of my the black hair dye gone and was able to start the lighting process to a carmel blonde the same day. I truly went into this process thinking we might just try to get me to brown for now but this girl ate it up and went for it with confidence! Can't wait to be back in 8 weeks to see where we go from there!!!
Love this salon! Such a welcoming feeling, they provide water and coffee if you want and maybe even some snacks at times, and the stylists are all friendly. Amy is the absolute BEST! Her color expertise and the cut she does for me makes my hair look and feel so much thicker than it really is! ?

First, out of 4 roofing estimates, McHugh Roofing was the only ones to actually go up on my roof to see what the problem. All the others, including the inspector told me my roof was 20-30 years old, from what they saw from the ground. McHugh Roofing went UP on the roof and discovered it was only 10 years old. Next door's roof was leaking into our roof/attic causing prolonged damage, even leaking into the bathroom ceiling.McHugh did an excellent job replacing the roof and sealing my pitch roof from anymore water damage! They cleaned out and cleaned up my back gutter (which was in good condition) and installed a new front gutter plus installed gutter guards. Customer service was wonderful and payment was easy and up to today's standards. They gave THE Best quote and it was only $80 more than expected due to a single roof board replacement. I highly recommend them!!

Went to Springfield for my makeup for a wedding. Kathleen was my makeup artist and she is PHENOMENAL! She is the only one I see because she is that good. She is great asking questions as to what you want, etc. LOVE, LOVE HER!

We had a great experience with Dougherty Carpet Cleaning! Matt was responsive and answered all of our questions prior to the appointment. We got our sofa, multiple rugs and benches cleaned and they did an excellent job. They even helped move everything back. Highly recommend them!
Fiberclean is a great company with high standards and years of reviews to support that. I was saddened to see (as one of Jewish descent who taught Hebrew school for 10 years and attends the annual party) that a newly created internet based persona with no social media background has emerged to make a scurrilous anti-semitic claim without merit to support an inaccurate 1 star review.. I attended the annual buffet event that had no wait staff as purported, and no such obnoxious activity was noted. Quite to the contrary, I have continued to refer my own customers to Fiberclean as they have continue to provide honest services at an honest price.

I went to Dr. Cross and his team after about 6 years avoiding the dentist. His team was amazing, explaining everything I needed done each step and how to avoid certain issues in the future. Each employee was knowledgable in their specific area and made me feel comfortable. I left with the biggest & whitest smile I have had in a while.

Denise and Clarinda were awesome at the front desk. Jess and Dr Beggs, took everything you hate about the dentist and made it enjoyable.
The teeth cleaning process was quick and efficient. X-rays weren’t expensive and overall I will tell everyone to go here when they need work on their teeth.

I’ve only been here twice but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. High-quality massages at a very reasonable price. I genuinely felt the tension leaving my body and I walked out feeling relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning.
