Jack was great to deal with. He was very nice. His communication, by text and email, was appreciated especially during an emotional time.

So upon reaching out to JL Monuments, the response was very quick and Jack’s answer to my question was very simple and that was does JL Monuments perform stone cleaning, and the response was yes. And this call was made on Easter Monday after I had visited the cemetery on Sunday and observed that the stone needed some professional work. So he came out the next day Tuesday and preformed the work, very quick I might add, and I met him there shortly after and wow what a difference as though it was just placed there. Well the stone was
placed there in 1983! Very happy with the results and if anyone is looking to have a stone cleaned or a inscription added I recommend...read full review
