Matt did an amazing job on your family room carpet and sectional sofa. We have three kids under ten and no matter how careful you are, things spill and get dirty. Outstanding, started out asking for quote upfront and pet friendly, no hidden surprise bill. I researched carpet cleaning bc my fear of harsh chemicals for myself and my 3 dogs. After a great referral from my friend and neighbor Dolores Kent and reviewing other carpet cleaners, I called Matt to review his solution and price. He was clear and sent me a price via email. No hidden surprise charges. Matt and his team arrived on time, set up and cleaned my filthy Berber hallway rug and stairs. Quite a few foster dogs made their mark in my hallway rug.
