Best Contractors In Wilkes Barre

Gilroy Roofing

575 Shawnee Street, Wilkes-Barre

Tue Open 24 hours

“They do exceptional work. This is the second time in the past 20 years I've employed Gilroy Roofing. This time they installed a new roof on both my home and my detached workshop. A small army of workers arrived early and completed both jobs in one day, even installing my new tv antenna on my home and my new solar panels on my workshop (installation only, they don't do electrical, but I did). They covered & protected all property and did a thorough cleanup when finished. The workers were very courteous and professional. When I called Ed Gilroy about payment (yes, communication with him was great), his first concern was that I was thoroughly satisfied with the job. You can't get better treatment than this. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else and I very highly recommend them.”

Kings Painting & Home improvements LLC

970 Scott St, Wilkes-Barre

Tue 7AM - 9PM

“We hired Eddie and his team to paint the exterior of our commercial building, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Eddie was punctual, fair in pricing, and consistently true to his word. Our project was on the larger side and required lifts, but his crew handled the scale and logistics with zero issues.
Eddie guided us through the color‑selection process, helping us choose a shade that fit the building perfectly. He also used the correct type of paint for each area of application, which gave us confidence in the durability and long-term quality of the work.
What impressed us most was Eddie’s integrity. Even after the job was fully paid, he came back promptly to address a few minor issues & touch-ups, staying true to his word and ensuring the final result met his standards, and ours. The building looks fantastic, and we will absolutely be using Eddie again for future painting projects. Highly recommended.”
