HONEST - EFFICIENT - PROFESSIONAL— COST EFFECTIVE. If I could give them a 10 I would. I called them to order a new hot water heater because another company told me I needed one. Instead of just ordering and fulfilling the request, they requested to come and do an evaluation. They were great at scheduling conveniently. The tech arrived promptly. Within a few minutes he told me my hot water heater was in good condition. There was a valve that was stuck. He unstuck it and presto- bingo problem solved. Steve came out for a second opinion on our AC unit/ Furnace needing to be replaced and let us know that the original quote we received was way off and that our unit was fine. Will be switching to Betz for all HVAC needs going forward!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom, Steve (and his son), Rose and Pete and I can’t say enough good things about how professional, kind and caring they were throughout diagnostics and fixing a leak on a really hot day.

My HVAC system has been a roller coaster since the get-go and they not only found the leak, but saved me from another potential, much more costly replacement.
