There are a handful of very important people in my life outside of family and friends; my son’s teachers, my hairdresser, the cleaner who comes to our house once a month, the gentleman I call when I need a paint job, the local barista… and the dry cleaner. I’ve gotten to know Kim over the years, and she is such a genuinely good person. She knew about our pregnancies, hunt for a new house, upcoming events. I always looked forward to dropping clothes off and checking up with her. One time I brought her a small orchid of appreciation, and the small gesture solidified a real friendship between us.

We are moving soon, and I will truly miss her. She took great care of our clothes (and me!) over the years.“

I went In assuming since it was such short notice they wouldn’t be able to fix it or help and I showed the women pictures of how it looked on and I just asked for pressing. She ended up calling me after hours after looking at my dress. She truly cared and was trying to help me! She asked me to come in and try it on the next day if I was available to, to see what she could do. She went above and beyond to fix it and had it back to me in a couple of days and added additional alterations in addition to the ones that needed to be fixed. The other staff that was there was friendly and helpful at pick up. I’m so happy that I found this place!“
