Took my husband's blazer in to be cleaned but mainly because it smelled like second hand cigarette smoke , expressed this as my main concern, just picked it up and it looks like they lint rolled it and did nothing else. I smelled it in front of them, the man said they cleaned it twice, the woman came over and told me it's better, which it isn't, and still charged me full price. Won't be using them again.
For alterations, get the price up front. I've never had a bad experience here. The cleaning is good. The alterations are good but they are very expensive. They will bid it if you ask and assure you do or you will pay for it.
My husband and I have used this cleaner for probably 25 years now. We really appreciate the friendly service we are provided and they do a great job. We’ve used them not only for all of our dry cleaning needs but they do an incredible job with alterations as well.
