There are a handful of very important people in my life outside of family and friends; my son’s teachers, my hairdresser, the cleaner who comes to our house once a month, the gentleman I call when I need a paint job, the local barista… and the dry cleaner. I’ve gotten to know Kim over the years, and she is such a genuinely good person. She knew about our pregnancies, hunt for a new house, upcoming events. I always looked forward to dropping clothes off and checking up with her. One time I brought her a small orchid of appreciation, and the small gesture solidified a real friendship between us.

We are moving soon, and I will truly miss her. She took great care of our clothes (and me!) over the years.“

If you have a complaint, let her know, she will want to know what it is and rectify it. They've been in business for a long time due to their honesty and quality. Their reputation is important to them! The quality of the work and the reasonableness of the price is what is important to me. I deal with some businesses that only take cash or other requirements because I like their service and it's worth it to accomodate them.“
