Their entire team is wonderful; from the owner, everyone in between, to their secretary personnel. The funeral home in itself is not creepy like most and has beautifully decorated areas throughout & different viewing room options. John made this difficult process little more bearable and explained everything in such detail, which is beyond important for someone dealing with all of this for the very first time. He is patient, kind, soft spoken, extremely knowledgeable, caring & by the end of the planning week, felt like a family member. Michael was also very helpful to me in regards to creating an obituary, in such a short time. Another employee that deserves all the praises is Vernon. Thanks to him, my last mental images of my dad could not have been executed any better. It also meant a lot to me when he mentioned that my dad was a nice looking man & that he would make him look good; that just really stuck with me.
