“It’s been almost a year since I had my roof installed by EAS Roofing. As of this post I’ve had no issues knock on wood. EAS was one of three companies I received bids from and their pricing was fair and reasonable compared with the others. Of the good better best products I purchased the better shingles. “I had my roof replaced with them. Zachary was responsive to all the questions and made multiple visits to help with clean up the site and answer all the questions I had.

It has been 3 months now and l am starting to see a number of problems. I called them a few times and they are not responsive. I am seeing multiple issues related to my gutters that they said had been fixed. I also saw a lot of debris in one of the easily accessible gutters. I cannot see the state of the other gutters.

Edit: The review made a difference. They came back and cleaned out all the gutters that. Fixed the pitch of the gutters and caulked them. So far I have not seen any issues since. They spent a good part of a day addressing the issues that should have been addressed during the initial install.“
