During the initial meeting, Ricky conducted a drone inspection and provided photos showing the condition of the roof and specific problem areas—details that would have been impossible to see without the drone. This was my second project with EAS. Years ago, they installed my gutters and that was a great experience, so I wanted to work with them for my new roof. The work itself was professional, quick, and of high quality. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was due to issues with the proposal process. After receiving their proposal, I had followed up with some questions, which took a couple weeks to receive a response to. Even though I was within their 30 day price guarantee window, I was told that they could not honor the original price and my project would cost approximately $2,000 more.
