Customers have been very happy with the LeafGuard system. Installers have been praised for their expertise and concern for customer satisfaction. One customer, Ryan, had an outstanding experience with the project estimator, who explained everything clearly and did not pressure them into purchasing anything. Another customer is amazed at how well the gutters handle heavy rain and keep leaves out, resolving their previous issues with overflows and icicles.
Our sales representative, Michael White was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the Leafguard system for us and answered all of our questions. We called Leafguard on a Monday, the sales rep came out later that same day and the system was installed a week later. We just had our first big rainstorm since the installation and the system worked beautifully. We are very happy and satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.
Very satisfied with the professionalism, integrity and eagerness to answer questions.
Showed exceptional knowledge in not just the product but industry as a whole.
Would highly recommend if you seek a thoroughly accurate answer.
Very friendly and professional. They were very efficient. Had the job completed in 2 hours. After they completed, we had another heavy rain storm. The gutters worked. I was able to leave my windows open without getting water inside.Thank you.
