“I was delighted with the four man crew of Tony, Jimmy, Devin and Gage, who arrived promptly at my home on the morning of June 25, 2026. They were very professional and polite, yet personable. One could tell they enjoyed working with one another. They went to work and proceeded steadily throughout the day. Knowing that my home is filled with surprises - not pleasant ones like striking gold or oil - I periodically connected with the workers. They were diligent yet took time to answer my questions and explain to me what was happening. They also advised me that I was the first home with weird backfill - large rocks. Those rocks likely contributed to much of the damage on my property. Yet the workers patiently addressed each complication and solved the issues one by one. Not only did they strengthen my home’s foundation, but they pointed the mortar inside the garage which had broken off and gapped, in some instances nearly an inch. When they finished for the day, they cleaned up EVERYTHING and left the property looking better than it had when they had arrived. The price was quite fair, and about half of that quoted to me by their better known competitor. I feel much more secure, having seen what they did to save my property and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needed foundation repairs. Thank you, gentlemen!“

“Once we were alerted to the fact that the individual who gave us the initial quote etc. was no longer with the company the owner took over coordinating the job. From that point forward he was great with keeping us updated on when he would be able to obtain materials, any delays that came up on the supplier end and kept us updated as far as scheduling around weather etc. He came out after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work as well as to make sure it was up to his standards. After the initial hiccup, we’ve been happy with everything moving forward. Obviously I didn’t want to update the review until the work had been completed. Now that the work has been completed I can definitely say that I would not hesitate to recommend them and will likely use them again in the future.I WOULD have given a higher star rating as we have been happy with the work. Why I didn’t: my initial phone call with Kevin after the problem employee (who is no longer with them) did not start out well. While I understand that from his perspective we SHOULD have been aware that the time line we were given was unrealistic, that’s hardly a fair assessment to place on a customer. A customer can only rely on the information a company’s representative provides, so if that representative states that there are no pending jobs and that your job will be next in line after current projects are finished as a customer you believe them. Then there is the response from the company to my initial review. The response COULD have simply been “We regret that the former employee gave the customer the wrong impression as far as timeline and we are actively working with this customer to make things right.” At the end of the day, the issue wasn’t that I as a customer had an unrealistic timeline or was in anyway unreasonable in my expectations. The blame lies with the then employee. I do hope in the future they will refrain from placing blame on customers; there are certainly times when customers are unruly and deserve blame but that is NOT the case here. All we required was open communication as to timeline changes.Updated Review: Original Review Below, which given the response from the business I will leave posted.We signed a contract for gutter work on July 7th with Zach (the owners son). At the time we signed he assured us that the work would be completed by July 22nd unless we got a lot of rain. I reached out to him the week of July 22nd because I hadn’t heard from him. He said he’d be on property the 22nd. The day of the 22nd he “mixed up” my project with another one and went to that one. He apologized and said he’d get back to me over that weekend. He did not. The following week it did rain some that following week but there were definitely dry days. I reached out to him over the weekend of July 30th and still heard nothing. I tried again today. He refused to answer my call or text and when he finally did answer he was rude, as though the fact that I am now getting forceful with wanting a response and timeline for when a job I have already paid in part for and which he has gone over a week without response in regards to is somehow unreasonable.At the time we signed the contract we were very clear with Zach about our expectations as far as the timely completion and that we had been burned in the past by contractors taking our money and then failing to do the job.“

“I contacted Tracy at Nevaeh Pipe Bursting to get an estimate for repair of two stuck shower faucets for my elderly father's house in Dunbar. They came out rapidly that day, even though it was a Sunday (and not an emergency), and gave us an estimate. They had to order parts, so the actual repair came about 4 days later. We had them out a second time, about a year later, to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Tracy came out the day after we contacted her, and this time they had a replacement faucet that we liked on their truck, so no return visit was necessary, as nothing else needed to be ordered. Through all of the contact that we had with Tracy and her staff, they were very professional, yet friendly. The prices that they gave for both jobs were reasonable, and when they found out that my father was a Military Veteran they gave him an additional military discount! “This is a great company! I needed fascia replaced on the peak of my house and they did it very quickly and perfectly! While they were up on my 3-story house, they saw a few patches that needed done on the roof and did those for only a little more cost. Price was very nice! They are very good with communication and very courteous! I would definitely recommend them and they are also going to do my chimney repair. ADDED: They completed my chimney repair and it looks great! Still very affordable, courteous, and great work! (I did sign an NDA, but I can share this: the secret ingredient is love). I called them back, having forgotten to solve my milkshake problem, and was given clear instructions for making a shake sans-blender. I’ll never yearn for steak n’ shake again.“

“I would highly recommend Omega! They replaced all 24 windows in our house, and while it took several days to complete such a large job their installers were very attentive to detail and did an outstanding job of cleaning up after themselves each night. The lead installer brought a couple small issues to my attention immediately or remedied them himself rather than leaving them for me to find on my own (one window was manufactured with a crooked grille in between the glass, so he ordered a new window before I even had a chance to say anything). Our experience with the other Omega staff was similarly smooth and I will use Omega again for future home improvement needs.“
