“We recently worked with Mike & his team for the renovation of our deck. The project involved the removal of most of our existing deck, expansion of the structure, the addition of stairs and a roof. Once the project got started we were immediately impressed by the work ethic of Mike & his team and the amount of progress they made each day. The crew showed up early each morning and consistantly worked a full day each day for the 2 weeks it took to complete the project. Mike was professional, attentive to details, and communicative with us the whole time. He regularly gave us project updates, plans for the upcoming days, and asked us to make choices on everything down to the color of the recessed lighting. The project was completed on time and I can honestly say the finished deck & roof came out better than we could have ever imagined, it is truly beautiful. “ReviewOur home broke ground beginning of April 2023 and was completed end of August 2023, approximately three months earlier than expected! Our project manager Kevin did a great job scheduling and implementing the work performed contributing to the early project completion. He also provided weekly updates, communicated potential delayed materials with a plan to resolve, and accommodated additional aesthetic finishes we wanted after signing the contract. Throughout the build process we had multiple family and friends visit to see the progress, most of whom are familiar with the construction process. We received multiple compliments regarding the structural quality and professional work including the poured concrete, framing, electrical, and plumbing. Additionally, the construction site was neat and maintained throughout which we greatly appreciated.Four months of living in our home, we are absolutely happy with the choice of Schumacher Homes and the Charleston model. We enjoyed working in the office with Justin who helped us design two different models with multiple variations to design a home that met our wish list.Overall, we enjoyed the building process and love our home.“

“This is a great company! I needed fascia replaced on the peak of my house and they did it very quickly and perfectly! While they were up on my 3-story house, they saw a few patches that needed done on the roof and did those for only a little more cost. Price was very nice! They are very good with communication and very courteous! I would definitely recommend them and they are also going to do my chimney repair. ADDED: They completed my chimney repair and it looks great! Still very affordable, courteous, and great work! “Scott did an amazing job on our bathtub faucet. He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options of what to do. He was also nice enough to cap our water to the bathtub off so that we could turn on the main waterline to the house until he could come out. He was responsive to all calls and texts, and came out to give me a pricing the same day I called. Super nice guy, and reasonable prices. You could tell he knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for. I definitely recommend him if you’re in search of a plumber!“
