ReviewOur home broke ground beginning of April 2023 and was completed end of August 2023, approximately three months earlier than expected! Our project manager Kevin did a great job scheduling and implementing the work performed contributing to the early project completion. He also provided weekly updates, communicated potential delayed materials with a plan to resolve, and accommodated additional aesthetic finishes we wanted after signing the contract. Kevin Rubright was the project manager with Schumacher Homes for my parent's home. In February of 2023, my parents lost their home in a horrible house fire. My father is a carpenter/contractor, and he built the original house. It was a very difficult decision for him to allow someone else to take the lead on building the house on the same lot. Everyone at Schumacher were very patient and helpful with ALL of the specific changes and special requests my parents had to make the new home right for them. Our Schumacher home was just finished before Christmas. Kevin and the entire team was awesome to work with and made the entire process stress free. The work and craftmanship was top notch. Weekly updates and communication from the team was incredible. Kevin had us in our home before Christmas and gave our family the greatest gift we could ask for.
