“We had an outstanding experience working with Rose Tree Construction on our kitchen renovation last Fall. Brian DeGrave and Bob Firman were exceptional through the entire process, from the initial meeting for an estimate to the wrap-up.

The team was incredibly thorough and organized. Communication was clear, timely, and proactive, which made a complex renovation (that inevitably disrupted main living spaces and access to our 2nd floor) feel manageable and well-coordinated. They worked collaboratively with us and our design partner, approaching every challenge as problem solvers while keeping the quality, aesthetics, and functionality of the final product front and center. We are obsessed with our island and the 7 ft window especially - it's upgraded the entire home, but stayed true to the overall style.

“Keith did an excellent and impressive job of coordinating his superb subcontractors and getting the job done by the drop-dead deadline. Furthermore, the results—of the complete reconstruction of our primary bathroom—turned out to be a showpiece. It should be in Architectural Digest! One other thing—he came in at roughly half the price of the three other contractors we interviewed, and completed the job in roughly half the projected time, with no extended periods of inactivity that we would have had to put up with if we'd gone with those other contractors. The main difference was that we had to do our own designing, as well as choosing and ordering the fixtures, which turned out to be a big advantage. The others tried to talk us into inferior materials (presumably to increase their profit margin) but we ended up with spectacular materials; even though they cost more, the entire job cost much less, and we have the bathroom of our dreams.“

“For chimney repairs, I contacted CC Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Repairs Services of Mississippi, and they were excellent from the beginning to the end. The workers promptly discovered damage to the crown and masonry fissures. They expertly fixed everything, giving the chimney a brand-new appearance. They provided excellent advice on how to maintain the work and a thorough explanation of it. The cleanup was immaculate, and the task was completed on schedule. “Larry Robinson and team created a wonderful addition and living space for us in 2019. We came to him with an architectural plan, and he made suggestions and helped us modify it based on his many years of experience and listening to our goals for the space. Our project was a complete renovation of our existing first floor plus a 650+ square foot addition and a 700 foot deck. We now have an expanded, open floor plan kitchen and living space, full bathroom, laundry facilities and office space on the first floor, a renovated second floor bathroom, and new storage and a carport under the deck.Once we contracted with Larry, we made many changes as we navigated our first extreme renovation experience. Despite our 30+ change orders, Larry and team completed the job in ONLY one week beyond the original timeline. Due to the extent of the renovations, we moved out for five months which I’m sure helped with staying on schedule, but there is no doubt that Larry’s oversight and coordination between all the suppliers and subcontractors was the critical success factor to meeting the schedule.Although we did not live in the house during the renovations, we were there most days at some point and could not have been happier with professionalism and courtesy of Larry’s team (Joe, Zef, et al). And despite them knowing we were not living there, they were sure to clean up each day before they left. We have contractor friends and neighbors who would stop in from time and in addition to their compliments on the work, they all said it was one of the cleanest job sites they had ever seen.We did encounter an issue with our deck not long after moving back in – and then Covid happened…. Larry and team tried, but were unable to pinpoint the issue within the warranty period. Larry gave us a personal assurance that they would find and resolve the issue, beyond the warranty period. With all the Covid impacts, it took almost two years, but he HONORED his commitment.
