“Russ has been doing work for me for years so when it was time to get some major work done, I knew who to turn to. Russ and team completely revamped my upstairs with new floors throughout. They redid my back room and allowed me to enjoy that that space again. They also completed the outside of my house. It looks like a brand new house! Russ was always available for calls and messages with any questions. The crew was prompt arriving on time everyday. They were respectful of my house and my space and all were so friendly. “We had an outstanding experience working with Rose Tree Construction on our kitchen renovation last Fall. Brian DeGrave and Bob Firman were exceptional through the entire process, from the initial meeting for an estimate to the wrap-up.

The team was incredibly thorough and organized. Communication was clear, timely, and proactive, which made a complex renovation (that inevitably disrupted main living spaces and access to our 2nd floor) feel manageable and well-coordinated. They worked collaboratively with us and our design partner, approaching every challenge as problem solvers while keeping the quality, aesthetics, and functionality of the final product front and center. We are obsessed with our island and the 7 ft window especially - it's upgraded the entire home, but stayed true to the overall style.

One of the things we appreciated most was the level of trust we felt throughout the project. Brian, Bob, and the entire team (internal crew and subcontractors) treated our home and property with great respect, maintained a well-managed worksite, and were consistently professional and considerate ... and patient with our kids when we needed to get them around the work in progress to get to school!

After being abandoned by another contractor in the middle of her kitchen renovation, we hired Triple R Renovations. They came in and completed the job in under 2 weeks. The owner, Mark, was available anytime we had any questions through phone, text or email. He also kept us in the loop as issues came up. They did all the little things that made it go as smoothly as possible! The project finished at the estimated cost, even though he and his team ran into quite a few unexpected issues. “One word - Professional. KHR is one of the most professional experienced I dealt with. The knowledge of the job and the meticulous level of detail sets them apart from other contractors. Brendan installed a double front door. He showed up on time in 10 degree weather and before he got started did everything to insure the property was protected before work was done. He even came back for a second day to get the gaps perfectly aligned. Most contractors would come in and out and deal with the aftermath of any issues. Brendan took an extra day to prevent any issues from happening in the future, like wood expanding where the door wouldn't close properly. Highly recommended and worth the price of the expertise.“
