After living through several renovations-this renovation seem to be the easiest project that my wife and I experienced! Starting with the owner of Rose Tree Construction to the project manager , as well as a facilitator of cosmetic choices and budget allowances, they formed a great team . All the independent contractors used to build and construct our basement with a full bathroom and kitchenette were very professional , polite, punctual, organized and some true craftsmen who cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company for their many services that they offer. My wife and I are both happy the way our basement/storage renovation turned out.

We're very pleased with Rose Tree Construction.
Our project was big with a mudroom addition connecting to garage, complete demo and rebuilding of downstairs, new bathroom, windows, pantry, kitchenette, office etc.
A lot was involved with plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
We were impressed from the get-go when we met with Ed McLoughlin.
Using the architect's plans, he quickly assessed the siutation
and left no doubt in my mind that he understood the project and
our concerns.
The crew were really terrific. We liked all of them. The foremen, Bob and Brian, were always accessible.
