We're very pleased with Rose Tree Construction.
Our project was big with a mudroom addition connecting to garage, complete demo and rebuilding of downstairs, new bathroom, windows, pantry, kitchenette, office etc.
A lot was involved with plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
We were impressed from the get-go when we met with Ed McLoughlin.
Using the architect's plans, he quickly assessed the siutation
and left no doubt in my mind that he understood the project and
our concerns.

We had a bathroom added between an existing spare bedroom and an office/multi room. The bathroom required cutting through a load-bearing (former exterior) wall that had old termite damage. We hired a different GC months in advance that backed out of the entire project the day the work was scheduled to begin. It was very upsetting, but I am so glad they did. It was obvious they were way in over their head. I contacted Rose Tree and they came out to estimate the project. Rose Tree provided an engineer to evaluate the project and submit a report for permitting.
