“We were in the process of selling our home when we ran into some issues with the stucco inspection. We contacted a handful of stucco remediation contractors in the area. Gary D came out to look at the job and speak to me about what he thought was needed from both a repair and a replacement standpoint. We talked through the pros and cons, and I appreciated his candor and professionalism. We opted to go with a complete replacement of the stucco with stone and Hardie board siding in order to maximize the value of the home. Our next concern was timing. We were very eager to get the work completed. Gary and our project manager Pablo were able to work with us to get the job started almost immediately. The communication between Gary, Pablo, and us was first rate. We knew what was being worked on each day and when each stage was going to be completed. This helped minimize a lot of the anxiety we had as home owners going through a renovation. The buyers were able to see what the home would look like when completed via a rendering Gary was able to provide, and they loved it. Now we only had to worry about having the work completed prior to going to settlement. Pablo and his team pushed to get the project completed on time. Success!
