She was so kind and knew exactly how to improve my bad hair color situation that I was given from the other salon. Lily makes sure that you are comfortable the whole time and she explained the whole plan prior to jumping in and made sure I understood it. She was so kind the whole time even though my hair is sooooo thick and it's quite a job to work with it.
