James listens to understand your issues and targets the right areas. My back and legs get really tight but working with James every two weeks for roughly 2months have helped me to return to near normal activities. He gives you stretches to do at home too. He is polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend him. I rarely do these reviews.

James is a consummate professional with an extended knowledge of the human body which makes therapeutic massages from him a truly valued experience. In recovery from shoulder issues, his technique and understanding of the mechanics of the body have been extremely helpful for which I am grateful. I continue to see him and woud recommend him to anyone in need of a therapeutic massage.

James has assisted with management of my hip and low back pain with a mix of monthly massage and exercises that I can do at home in-between visits. Easy to schedule appointments, clean and comfortable location as well as his calm personality make Ross Therapeutic Massage a high recommendation.
