This is a response to an EX- Employee who felt the need to slander our business and reputation . I'm posting this due to the fact that this individual can post things but chooses to pick and choose who can comment and respond. This individual will be dealt with through our Legal counsel. People need to be held accountable for their actions . We will not sit back as small business owners.We take extreme pride in our business. our employees and our customers. Lisa ,It has come to our attention that you have posted a negative review containing slanderous,false accusations,and defamatory statements about Breethe Massage & Wellness Studio,following the termination of your brief employment . Your baseless and malicious comments not only misrepresent the truth but also attempt to damage the reputation and integrity of our organization Let us be absolutely CLEAR: Breethe Massage & Wellness Studio will NOT tolerate any form of defamation or false accusations.Your actions constitute a serious violation of legal and ethical boundaries,and we will not sit idly by while our business and reputation are attacked. We have already consulted our legal counsel at 8:45 am this morning and are prepared to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a defamation lawsuit , to hold you accountable for the harm caused by your statements. Furthermore,we demand the following actions be taken immediately: 1. Remove the defamatory review from Facebook,Google etc. within 24 HOURS. 2. Cease and desist from making any further or false statements regarding Breethe Massage & Wellness Spa. Failure to comply with these demands will leave us no choice but to escalate this matter through legal channels, which may include seeking monetary damages and legal costs associated with this matter. We take this matter Extremely seriously and urge you to act responsibly. However ,let it be KNOWN that I will pursue this matter extremely aggressively to protect our rights and reputation .
