We live in New York and our mom went home. The services provided by Luis and his team for cremation far exceeded our expectations. Their compassion and patience during a time that was needed is very much appreciated. He guided us during our difficult times and now after times passed, we understand because of experience he could provide great service so well. My dad came from Jamaica to visit in April 2026. While visiting he became very sick. He was admitted to the hospital, where we were told that he was too sick to travel back to Jamaica and that it was very likely he could die here. He was discharged a week later from the hospital and was admitted to hospice care at my sister’s house.
