The staff at Theo C. Auman went above and beyond the typical expectation in taking care of my family during the loss of my husband their brother, uncle, cousin, family member Stanley. Rochelle’s patience, professionalism, and understanding of me sobbing while planning the funeral made the process go smoothly. Her support means more than she knows, I can’t express my gratitude enough. She also made a very stressful and difficult circumstance so much more manageable. I would recommend Theo C. I appreciated working with Rochelle and her team to complete funeral arrangements for my dad in a short amount of time. Additionally, they worked diligently to get him transported back to the Caribbean for his burial. Rochelle and her team were patient as our family figured out logistics while also providing guidance to help us accomplish everything with so little time.
