Penn Medicine Radnor offers a generally positive experience for patients, with same-day appointments and a well-run, modern facility. This is hands down the best Penn facility. There is a tangible culture of kindness and respect, and every employee is extraordinarily polite, responsive, and caring. The integration with the online portal is seamless, and patients commend the thoroughness of the doctors and care teams. This clean, nice place provides a stress free experience, with staff who are very respectful and always follow up. Many patients feel well-supported during their visits.
I had been having the hardest time receiving confirmation on insurance authorization for my appointment and had been bounced around all week trying to find someone to help me. Access Administrator, Dawanna Pratt, took the time to actually help me. She jumped in with grace, used her resources and took control of the issue until resolved. I am truly grateful for her help in confirming my appointments authorization and its people like Dawanna that keep me at Penn Medicine.
I've been going here for years and have had an overwhelmingly good experience. Free parking and plenty of it in their parking garage, no real wait times they'll generally see me early if I arrive early. Availability for specialists takes a bit of time but that's literally unavoidable. People complain about availability but unless you're looking for a specialist you can usually be seen fast. You're not gonna see a specialist fast at any facility I've been to that's the nature of the beast.
I have been here for various thing more then 20 times. I find the staff to be very helpful and kind. ANy time you are dealing with medical, stuff happens and they have to take people based on need. That has happened to me a few times, but there is a cute cafe where you can get a bite to eat, or I have offered another appointment. I have gotten lost in the parking garage a few times, it is so big! But security helped me track down my vehicle, They are firm about sucurity, which know annoys some people, but it is for the betterment and safety for all. I have had quite a lot of bloodwork there.
