My experience was WONDERFUL - I am a very Type A, organized, and anxious person who overthinks every small detail. I was worried about getting to Penn and not knowing where to go/getting lost etc. I walked in the doors and I was comfortable and confident about where I was going and what I had to do EVERY moment I was there - which NEVER HAPPENS anywhere, but especially not somewhere like a doctor's office or medical building! Each person that I interacted with - 1. the person standing just inside the front doors who gave me directions to check in, 2. the person standing at the check in counters who told me where to stand and wait, 3. the person who checked me in, 4. the person who called my name, walked me back and gave me my gown, 5. the mammogram tech who called me back and performed the mammo, 6. the tech that called me back and performed the ultrasound, 7. the doctor that walked me through my options, to 8. the person who scheduled my appointment, explained the procedure to me, and walked me out - each person was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They were all incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and detailed - I was blown away by each of them individually. I have NEVER had a better experience at a medical facility. Outside of the wonderful staff - the facility was very clean and modern, and there were signs posted anywhere I would normally second-guess what I would need to do - who is reading my mind?! Whoever thought these things out is wonderful (and likely is anxious themselves because they clearly think like I do - they've thought of everything). I was blown away by how relaxed I felt on a day I expected to be full of nerves. I have already told multiple people about my positive experience - (when has anyone ever done that about going to get a mammogram/ultrasound?!). Thank you Penn, your staff is amazing - treat them well!!
I can't say enough good things about John. He is very knowledgeable and a great troubleshooter, in the HVAC field. On top of that, he's honest and actually cares about his customers and about doing the job correctly. That combination of traits is what I always look for, in someone who is to do work on my house. If someone likes what he does, then he will always do a fine job, even if you're not looking. I am, and have been, very pleased with John's work.
