My experience was WONDERFUL - I am a very Type A, organized, and anxious person who overthinks every small detail. I was worried about getting to Penn and not knowing where to go/getting lost etc. I walked in the doors and I was comfortable and confident about where I was going and what I had to do EVERY moment I was there - which NEVER HAPPENS anywhere, but especially not somewhere like a doctor's office or medical building! Each person that I interacted with - 1. the person standing just inside the front doors who gave me directions to check in, 2. the person standing at the check in counters who told me where to stand and wait, 3. the person who checked me in, 4....read full review
Helpful staff members who are ready to support you- front desk, testing technicians, etc. The building is so new and clean. It has an awesome design with a pretty outdoor area. Parking is free and there is plenty of space. I try to only get my tests done here- it’s absolutely great and is why I keep going back.
The staff, nurse, and techs were great. They did a fantastic job even with the "System Issue"...............which caused a bit of a delay. Thank you, most of us appreciate the work you do.
