“If this is the only sentence you read out of this review, please know that this is the contractor you should hire. To begin Gwynn came out free of charge to discuss and walk though my project! She was willing to share ideas and really listened to what I wanted done with my space. She provided ideas, shared what could be possible with my space and thought of things I probably would have never thought of. Other companies I called either wanted to charge to come out or if they came out for free they pushed my ideas to the side and said “I have a really good design in my head but I need you to sign with us before I tell you” this is not the case with Zwolinski! Gwynn shared that they may not be the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive. I would agree with this as well. The pricing for my project was very fair. One piece of advice I have is to make sure you are prepared with all the product that will be installed on your project because Arnold and his crew moves fast. This was one of the other things I appreciated because I was not left waiting for months or even had the project be started and then left for weeks as I would have been with other contractors. Arnold has a small crew mostly compiled of his family members and he didn’t sub contract any of the work. He was on time every day, accompanied the crew and even completed the jobs that needed to be done to complete my project. I haven’t seen an owner of a company work on a project in a long time. Arnold and his crew really took care of my home while on the project and cleaned up every day. As for the work completed everything turned out so well and they really did a great job! Everything was to the design I wanted and they paid attention to the details.<br><br>Thank you soo much Arnold and team I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a contractor and I would definitely hire again for future projects.”
“Tom, Jason and Ethan worked on our addition. I cannot say enough positive things about them and the work they do. We had a large addition done; family room, laundry room and expanded master bathroom with closet. Tom was very responsive to our questions and did all he could to make it a painless process. Jason's attention to detail was fantastic. The moldings and other little features all received his special touch. Ethan was very helpful and always had a friendly hello.My husband and I are extremely grateful to the hard work and respect they showed our home. --December 2020”
“We called because the shower's hot water was not working and had no pressure. It turned out to be something inside of the knob to turn it on. The service guy gave us 2 different options and we went with what best suited us. Let me tell you..... we have not had any issues since. I was wanting to write a review sooner because they were courteous and quick to respond. I waited to write a review to make sure the issue was resolved. “Would most definitely recommend ADP Improvements. Adam is excellent to work Hewith with. His promises are gold. If he says it believe him. Very rare in the contracting world. He came into a job as a subcontractor and ended up doing what my primary contractor could not deliver on. We are very pleased with the quality of his work. Also his ability to respect the clock!
