We called because the shower's hot water was not working and had no pressure. It turned out to be something inside of the knob to turn it on. The service guy gave us 2 different options and we went with what best suited us. Let me tell you..... we have not had any issues since. I was wanting to write a review sooner because they were courteous and quick to respond. I waited to write a review to make sure the issue was resolved. We have used Coopersburg Plumbing twice and were satisfied with our service both times. Our first visit, the plumber was timely, courteous, and informative. We were having issues with our filtration system for our well. He explained the issue, without being condensing, and educated us, first time home-owners, as to maintenance and other features. Our second visit, our hot water heater was repaired quickly. It was great that the plumber went out of his way to explain the failure in laymen's terms and determine how it originated so that we could prevent the issue going forward. While some of the other reviews speak to timeliness, I believe this is an issue with level-setting...read full review
