First time I was there was great. This time, I showed the nail tech a pretty simple design I wanted on my nails and she said she couldn’t do it. Instead of redirecting me to someone who could because I saw plenty of very difficult nail designs there, I had to just get a plain color. I was so excited to get my nails done with this cute western theme for my 30th birthday trip to Nashville and now I’m beyond disappointed. That’s poor customer service for not trying to accommodate the customerI called back and the manager did offer to redo my nails as she was upset I was not satisfied so I do appreciate that.

I went for the first time today, and the experience was very nice! I had Hannah as my nail tech and she did such a good job. She was so nice and very skilled. Will definitely be going back!
