“First time I was there was great. This time, I showed the nail tech a pretty simple design I wanted on my nails and she said she couldn’t do it. Instead of redirecting me to someone who could because I saw plenty of very difficult nail designs there, I had to just get a plain color. I was so excited to get my nails done with this cute western theme for my 30th birthday trip to Nashville and now I’m beyond disappointed. That’s poor customer service for not trying to accommodate the customerI called back and the manager did offer to redo my nails as she was upset I was not satisfied so I do appreciate that.“
“The person who did my pedicure did a great job and was incredibly friendly. I give four stars for the following reasons - first, the space where they do nails was cold, which is not pleasant when your feet are in water. The pedicure chair was right next to a floor vent blowing out cool air despite it being a chilly day. It’s something a space heater could fix. The other issue is that they don’t have the tools to grind off gel, nor do they use tools to clip cuticles. Evidently this is because they’re not a nail salon and it’s something to do with licensing. My pedicure turned out pretty nice despite this, but the soaking to get my old gel off took well over 20 minutes, and the cuticle clipping is sort of an expectation for a nail job. I understand why they don’t wanna advertise these things, but when expectations that are pretty standard for nails or any service are not met, it’s a little disappointing to find out as you’re having it done.“

“Self care, me day, or a quick refresh? Whichever you may need, Illuminate will have you glowing :) There are so many services to choose from, and my favorite is teeth whitening. I struggled with this in the past because I would never remember to keep using my trays, or I would leave the trays in too long and get burns. There is even variety in their staffing. I'm not talking from male to female, (I haven't seen any male employees), I'm talking about the personalities. They have little fire crackers to laid-back ladies. Everyone is super nice. I look forward to getting there for my maintenance, which is also very reasonably priced. I love the flash sales. I recommend subscribing to text messaging to make sure you don't miss out.
