“First time I was there was great. This time, I showed the nail tech a pretty simple design I wanted on my nails and she said she couldn’t do it. Instead of redirecting me to someone who could because I saw plenty of very difficult nail designs there, I had to just get a plain color. I was so excited to get my nails done with this cute western theme for my 30th birthday trip to Nashville and now I’m beyond disappointed. That’s poor customer service for not trying to accommodate the customerI called back and the manager did offer to redo my nails as she was upset I was not satisfied so I do appreciate that.“

I struggled with this in the past because I would never remember to keep using my trays, or I would leave the trays in too long and get burns. There is even variety in their staffing. I'm not talking from male to female, (I haven't seen any male employees), I'm talking about the personalities. They have little fire crackers to laid-back ladies. Everyone is super nice. I look forward to getting there for my maintenance, which is also very reasonably priced. I love the flash sales. I recommend subscribing to text messaging to make sure you don't miss out.
