SERVPRO of North West Montgomery County
“We are very grateful for the exceptional service we received from Dave Schaeffer at Servpro. In June 2024, a fire at our neighbor's property caused significant damage to our home’s exterior and destroyed our shed. From the very beginning, Dave went above and beyond to help us navigate the recovery process.
Dave came out to our property within a day of the incident, conducting a thorough inspection and documenting everything needed for the insurance claim. His attention to detail and professionalism were immediately apparent. Throughout the often long and challenging insurance process, Dave was an incredible advocate for us, ensuring we received the coverage we needed.
Dave connected us with a highly skilled team of siding, window and electrical professionals and visited the site multiple times to ensure the work was done to the highest standards. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident as he kept in regular contact with us, checking in frequently to make sure we were informed and happy with the progress. Dave's professionalism, communication and trustworthiness made a difficult situation much more manageable.”
