I can’t say enough about Fast Pro Restoration. The guys are all very responsive and considerate. I contacted them due to 6” of flooding in our basement apartment in Philly. They gave me a price over the phone to bring in a pump and dehumidifier, which they did within the hour. Then Dylan accessed the situation gave me a price on additional recommendations. Since we didn’t have flood insurance they were very helpful in keeping the price as low as possible. Dylan has been so kind, helpful and sincere, I would recommend him or any of the guys at Fast Pro Restoration. Their service is unbeatable!
Don is very knowledgeable and very explicit in getting the job done. Courteous and makes it as easy for one to understand in what should and needs to be done. And the same goes for his assistant, Gary. We couldn't ask for such a great service. Thank you, guys.
Don from Fastpro came to remediate our crawlspace today. I cannot say enough about how pleasant he was, and the job he and his team did. Service was fast, friendly and thorough. The place is completely cleaned and sanitized, and they are leaving multiple fans and an air scrubber for the next three days. Don also took care of the paperwork plus 161 photos to support our insurance claim. Fastpro was the right call.
