“We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with KJ Birnbrauer Construction, along with replacing several living room windows and adding a new sliding door, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The craftsmanship from his team, especially Dalton and Paul, was truly outstanding. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident in every aspect of the project. Paul thoughtfully laid out the tile beneath our range hood to ensure perfect symmetry and even added brushed gold edging that matched the rest of our kitchen hardware beautifully. It was a detail we hadn't even thought of, but it made a huge difference in the finished look.
Dalton's work on our plaster ceiling was equally impressive. There was extensive plaster repair required after removing a wall to open up the kitchen, and the finished result is flawless. You would never know a wall had ever been there. The time, skill, and care he put into that work really shows.
What stood out most was how invested the team became in making sure the final result matched our vision. They took the time to get to know our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the project.
Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. KJ Birnbrauer Construction is a trustworthy, professional company that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. “We've had a very positive experience with JB Decker. Juan, with his crew Andrew and Noah exceeded our expectations. They tore down our old wooden porch and rebuilt it with Trex materials. They also rebuilt parts of our 5 year old Trex deck that was improperly installed by a different contractor. It's not easy to find a contractor that is competent, honest, and communicates well with fair pricing. Juan checks off all the boxes. “Marlin came through for us!! We had a sewer line clog at the main line, exiting the house and going out into the street. We started out with Rocket Drain who, after 3 days of trying to clear the main line and charged us $2900, he DID NOT clear the clog. Then, a friend of our recommended Marlin. Marlin not only cleared the line within 3 hours but he was incredibly professional and kind!“
