Our inspector, Chris, was fantastic - he talked us through every single aspect of the home, gave us guidance on maintenance, and had the report to us the next day. Their coordinator, Lori, was really friendly, communicative, and easy to work with.I took off a star because Armored Home Inspection teams up with other services like HomeBinder and Porch and send your info to their reps. I probably should have unchecked a box somewhere and didn't realize, but it wasn't that apparent that I was signing up for a third-party profile to be created for me and getting sales calls from a service I didn't contact.
Curtis was great. Obviously knowledgeable, but also friendly, and thorough. climbed on the roof, looked at out building, every square inch, inside and out. and his report was available that evening. Great experience.
