This is a family run business that we've used 3 times for home inspections over the past year. Responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgable and full of helpful advice. Curtis helped us 1) avoid buying a flip that looked good but had some potential hidden issues 2) market our house with a pre-inspection report that helped us sell above asking from out of town buyers who were confident to make an offer based on realtor videos and the pre-inspection report without seeing it 3) gave us great advice for how to prioritize work needed on the house we eventually ended up buying. Curtis was fantastic. We had him come out for a prepurchase home inspection for insect and general inspection. His detailed reports and attention to detail are incredible. He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through and even quiz me at times about why certain things were not the way they should be. I would highly recommend him and Armored Home Inspections for any building inspection work you are having done.
