Jason Bancroft is unbelievably thorough. He uncovered potential issues that I would have never been able to think of (ventilation, mold, cracked support, outlet protection, drainage, you name it) everything is written up, color coded and shared with pictures for you. Awesome!

He is very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and pointing out important findings or things that I need to know. He provided the inspection report within couple of days and it is detailed with pictures.
