Very disappointed! We purchased our home in March 2022 and our heating system just went out. Rikki put that it was from 2016 but it is actually the original. What is the point of a 15 year warranty on appliances if the information is false on the inspection report?? Will be a $7,000+ fix and not even in our home 1 year. Would not recommend

Rikki is great! I was limited on time to get a home inspection and he worked outside of normal hours to accommodate my schedule. He’s been very responsive and communicative throughout the process, which is extremely helpful since I’m a first time home buyer. I’d absolutely recommend him
