When I got home on Wednesday, I noticed that the thermostat was set to 70 but the room temperature was reading 64. I called Sauer Brothers and they sent out a technician within an hour. Our boiler is over 50 years old and some of the burners were not working along with other issues. The technician took his time and checked all issues that could be related. Within an hour after he arrived, he had the boiler working again and all the rooms were being heated at the correct setting. He also showed me how to bleed the radiators along with other information. Came home from a long day of work and my house was hot hot hot.After a miserable night, I called Sauer Brothers in the morning. They were able to come the same day, and quickly fixed the problem.They were responsive, courteous and professional.I would highly recommend them!
