I've called upon this company twice now when my AC broke down on me. The first time was in a heat wave. He came the same day figured out the issue, explained everything to me as he was working on it, and charged a reasonable price. The second time, he listened to the information I collected, told me the steps for a simple check I could do over the phone, and based on that i was able to figure out my nest batteries were dead despite the battery menu saying otherwise. Saved me the money of having a guy come out and I'm sure he was grateful to be able to not spend time driving out for something that simple.
