Metro Heating and Cooling gives five star service. I highly recommend them. Recently, in 90 degree heat, our air conditioner stopped working properly. Metro Heating and Cooling was very responsive in sending someone to our home. It was once again working, as the technician determined that a technician from another company disconnected our control panel, telling me I needed a new one. A few hours later, on a Friday night, our compressor kept shutting off and the temperature started to rise. I called the emergency phone number and a message was delivered to the on call technician. He called me within minutes and drove in pouring rain to my home to fix my a/c. And, was successful! Will definitely use them for all our hvac needs and recommend them to everyone we know.
