Dr.Fischbach is an amazing psychiatrist, surpassing all psychiatrist in the Pittsburgh area! He really knows what he is doing when it comes to observing, diagnosing, and treatment plans. I have learned alot from him and he is by far the best psychiatrist I’ve encountered!

If you’ve had other psychs fail and want someone that comes up with unique ways to medicate, he can be good for that.

I wouldn’t go to him fresh as the first psychiatrist you’ve ever been to.

I chose a different non medication route, but would go back to him again if I chose medicine again.

However, he should retire soon. He uses work as an outlet away from what seems a more stressful personal life for a guy in what I think is his 70’s.

I truly appreciate Dr. Fischbach’s calm mannerism and diligence when it comes to handling my psychiatric needs. He was able to explain what was going on and how best to “correct” it. It’s amazing what an experienced professional can do for your well being and day to day life. I finally feel like me again!
