I have found "my go to" plumbing company. Within two days from contact I had an appointment for maintenance items, faucet replacements (2) and leaking pipe. Bill & Tom arrived, very, very professional, they know their craft. They went right to work and addressed all issues. I am so very pleased with their work and with no hesitation, highly recommend "Jake and Jims".While I'm not wishing for another plumbing issue it is nice to know that if and when that happens (and I have an old row house), I know who to call. When you need plumbing services, start and stop here!
Bill was absolutely amazing.Basement drain flooded with sewage on Christmas Eve. Within roughly an hour of calling Bill was here working on the issue. He fixed it quickly and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Once fixed he double checked the issue was resolved and helped identify the core issue.Cannot give this guy enough praise. Fantastic communication and customer service. Absolutely recommend based on his performance alone.
Bill and Tom came out and both did a fantastic job to fix the leak in the shower. We called Jake&Jim about our issue and they were able to schedule us next day. Highly recommend.
