Thanks to Shull Heating & Cooling .. I am no longer sweating in my house. Your techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They knew what the problem was within the first few minutes and had the problem fix in less than 30. Not to mention the price was quite reasonable.
I had an issue with my air conditioning not cooling properly. I called Shull, left a message and they call me back almost immediately. They were able to send a technician that day, they recharged the coolant in my air conditioner, did not try to upsell me, very very helpful and very professional. They had a reasonable service charge of $75. I would recommend using them to anyone.
Greg was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't just try to sell me a new AC unit he gave me my options of maintenance on our old unit or a new unit. We went with a new unit and glad we choose Shull Heating and Cooling for the unit and install. He kept me informed and went over everything with me day of install. Greg and his assistant Tom also took the time to listen to my very talkative 3 year old throughout the morning while they were working.
